All items will be delivered by courier service and will necessitate a signature or any type of confirmation for receiving the order that the courier sees it is suitable. If no one at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your items, they will leave a contact number for you to call in order to schedule a new delivery date.

Your order might take from 3 days to 2 weeks to be delivered to you. DEUX ÂMES LONDON will make sure to deliver your order as soon as possible through a third party. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment tracking number.  If you haven’t received this email within 4 days, please contact us through our email contact@deuxames.uk
