You have 7 days after receiving your order to seek a refund on anything that you must return to us in unused condition with the original invoice. A sample of 2 ml will be included with your order to allow you to test out the scent before unwrapping the 50 ml bottle.

Returns will be accepted only if the labels and original packaging are completely intact. DEUX ÂMES LONDON Online Store does not accept returns with labels removed or product is used or damaged in any form. You are responsible for returning items to DEUX ÂMES LONDON Online Store through our approved courier service only. Please contact us through our email  contact@deuxames.uk to know the approved courier service. Items lost during shipment will not be reimbursed. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the client.

We will inform you after we received and evaluated your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If you are approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

For Exchanges, the easiest way is you return the item and ask for refund and if we approved your return then you can make a separate purchase for the desirable item.
